Bank of Stockton is proudly involved with supporting our communities. If you are interested in seeking funding or sponsorship, below is a list of guidelines that will provide us with the information necessary to better understand the needs of your organization and evaluate your request. Please prepare your request according to the guidelines and submit it to the Marketing Department at the address listed or to your local branch. Requests may take up to 30 days to be considered depending on the number of requests received.
Funding/Sponsorship Guidelines:
- Submit a formal letter on the group/organization letterhead and include 501(c)(3) number, if applicable.
- Clearly state the purpose of the funding/sponsorship.
- State the exact dollar amount of the funding/sponsorship being requested.
- If applicable, provide the exact date and location of the event being funded/sponsored.
- Outline who will benefit from the funding/sponsorship.
- Provide contact information for the organization including name, phone number and email address.
- Tell us if the organization has a banking relationship with us.
- Describe how the Bank will be recognized for the sponsorship. For example: Logo on the organization’s website, sign at the event, ad in program, logo on shirts.
