Visit iTunes or the Google Play app store and download our free mobile banking apps for iPhones, iPads, Android phones and Tablets. The apps allow you to view your account activity, transfer funds, pay bills, make person to person payments, deposit checks and more using your mobile phone or tablet with Internet* capability. If you are already enrolled in Internet Banking, use your existing User ID and password to log in to the app.
If you are not enrolled in Internet Banking, you can enroll from the log in screen on the app using the “Enroll” link. The process is quick and easy.
Additional features in our Mobile App:
Our mobile banking app comes with Mobile Alerts that allow you to monitor the activity in your accounts and have the information delivered to you instantly by email or text message to your mobile device. Our security, balance and transaction alerts are just a few of the ways that we look out for you!
- Security Alerts tell you when secure information regarding your accounts has been changed, such as your user name or password, allowing you to take action if needed
- Account Alerts allow you to view the current and available balances on your accounts
- History Alerts track the activity on your accounts by check number, description, debit or credit
To change your alert settings or add or change how your alerts are delivered, login to Internet Banking or the mobile app, select "Settings" then "Alerts".
Mobile Text Banking
Gives you access to balance information, allows you to transfer funds, receive account alerts and retrieve account history using text messaging*on your mobile device. If you are already enrolled in Internet banking and wish to enroll in text banking, log in as usual, click on Settings -> Text enrollment and create your text banking profile.
Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit a check directly to your eligible checking or savings account using the Bank of Stockton Mobile app. Simply log into our Mobile Banking app and select “Transactions” then “Mobile Deposit” from the main menu. Using the camera on your mobile device, take a photo of both the front and the back of your endorsed check and send it to the Bank. Instructions are provided on the screens to help guide you through the process.
